Refund Policy

1. The short version

If Jamurai isn't working out for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge. We will approve an eligible refund and ask Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, to return it to your original payment method.

2. Subscriptions

• Free trial: cancel before the 14-day trial ends and you will not be charged.
• 14-day guarantee: you can request a full refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal charge.
• Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first charge. Cancelling after payment stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Forgotten renewals: if you simply forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal. We will approve an eligible refund and ask Dodo Payments to process it.

3. How to request a refund

Payments for Jamurai are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund either way:

• Through our contact page; include the email address on the subscription and, if handy, the Dodo Payments order number from your receipt.
• Through the Dodo Payments customer portal at customer.dodopayments.com.

Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Dodo Payments' current buyer terms are available in the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms.

4. Fair use

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, for example repeatedly subscribing, heavily using paid processing features, and requesting refunds. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any mandatory withdrawal or refund rights in your country.
